1. Mintek Software Inc. retains the right to refuse service for any reason.

2. Mintek will not provide your information to third parties, unless requested to do so by law or by the client.

3. Mintek may utilize the client testimonial or screenshots of your website for promotional purposes and advertising on Social Media and Mintek's official website, unless advised otherwise by the client.

4. Mintek, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify this Privacy Policy, and the corporate policies and/or Service Specific Terms which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon the earlier of (a) our email notification to you advising you of such changes or modifications (b) your continued use of the Services after Mintek posts the amended Agreement to Mintek.ca/terms.
