Overview

ALOE Accounting and Tax is a licensed Chartered Professional Accountant firm in Brampton. Mintek designed and built a fast, statically rendered website with strong technical SEO foundations, plus two systems that keep it working after launch: an AI-assisted weekly blog pipeline the owner controls, and a dashboard for managing Google reviews. Delivered in roughly three weeks.

The challenge

A licensed Brampton CPA firm needed a credible, fast, search-friendly website, and a way to keep publishing fresh content and stay on top of reviews without paying an agency retainer or hiring a developer for every change.

What we built

Mintek built a statically rendered Next.js site with an SEO-first content pipeline, then added an AI-assisted blog workflow: the owner keeps a queue of topics, one draft is generated automatically each week, and she edits and approves it before it publishes. A review-management dashboard lets her view and reply to Google reviews in one place, with AI-assisted reply drafting.
